Guides, Elders, Historians, Professors, and the Self-Taught. In addition, we respect them for who they are, not what we might think they should be.

We strive to provide our clients a safe and secure experience as we explore the outdoors, providing quality equipment and training our staff in risk management practices. Our tours are designed with safety in mind so that everyone can enjoy their time with us while having a wonderful time.

We strive to communicate clearly between our guests, employees, and those we work with to create an unbeatable experience for everyone involved. We use multiple channels, such as video and audio conferencing, to ensure that information is shared in a timely manner. Our team members are highly trained in the latest technologies so they can effectively communicate with our guests and each other. We strongly value open dialogue and invite all of our employees to share ideas and experiences with us.

My XO Adventures believes in paying a living wage. We work hard to build an outstanding company and price our tours accordingly. Each employee contributes to the company’s overall success and is therefore rewarded with the region’s best pay rates, bonuses, and retirement plans.
