Yes. Our tours are private experiences for your group only, with flexible pacing and a plan built around what you want to see.

Do you pick up from our hotel?

In many cases, yes. Tell us where you’re staying and we’ll confirm pickup details or recommend the easiest meeting option.

What areas do you pick up from?

We commonly coordinate pickup around Rapid City and the surrounding area. If you’re staying farther out, send your lodging location and we’ll work out the best plan.

Can you help us choose the right tour?

How much walking is involved?

Most days include short, optional walks plus scenic pullouts. If you prefer minimal walking, we can build the day around overlooks and easy access stops. Just tell us what feels comfortable.

Is this a good experience for kids?

Yes, for families who enjoy nature, wildlife, and scenic exploration. Let us know ages and attention span and we’ll shape the pacing to keep it fun.

What happens if weather changes?

Weather shifts are normal here. We adjust timing, route, and stops to keep the day safe and enjoyable. Many times, changing light and conditions actually make the experience better.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your exact cancellation terms are shown during booking and included in your confirmation. If you have questions before you book, ask us and we’ll point you to the correct policy for your tour.

How do gratuities work?

Gratuities are optional, but always appreciated. Many guests tip based on the level of care, flexibility, and overall experience. Guides accept Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. If those options don’t work, the home office can process a gratuity of any amount and add it to the guide’s paycheck.
